Miss Joseph to wed Matthew Fields at Mill Creek Park

XWARREN -- The engagement of Michelle Lynn Joseph, 701 Wharf Creek Road, Gwynn's Island, Va., and Matthew James Fields, Altus Air Force Base, Altus, Okla., is being announced by her mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Pitts, Patchen Avenue.
The future bride also is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Joseph, Stilley Road, Pittsburgh. Parents of the prospective groom are Mr. and Mrs. James Fields, Atlantic Avenue, Monaca, Pa.
The couple will exchange marriage vows during a ceremony at 5 p.m. Aug. 6 at Fellows Riverside Gardens at Mill Creek Park in Youngstown. A reception will follow at the D.D. and Velma Davis Education and Visitor Center at the park. Invitations will be extended for both events.
Miss Joseph graduated from Miami University in Oxford with a bachelor's degree in education. She is a middle-school teacher in Mathews County School District in Mathews, Va.
The future groom, who attended Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, is employed as a ramp agent with Federal Express in Moon Township, Pa., and is serving as an airman-loadmaster with the U.S. Air Force in Altus.
