XAUSTINTOWN -- The Rev. David Roberts solemnized the marriage of Michelle Long and Kevin Pavlik during a ceremony that took place Feb. 28 at Austintown Community Church.
Afterward a reception was held at The Georgetown in Boardman to honor the daughter of Robert and Linda Long of 3996 Claridge Drive, Youngstown, and the son of John and Lorry Pavlik , 6631 Durham Court, Mentor.
The couple left on a cruise to the Caribbean and live in Columbus.
Crystal and platinum beading enhanced the bodice and hemline of the bride's ivory satin A-line gown. It was designed with a basque waist and a cathedral train.
The honor attendants, Amy Long, a sister of the bride, and Kristin Konczak, the groom's sister, and the flower girl, Sarah Comstock, wore ivory gowns. Periwinkle gowns were worn by the bridesmaids, Emily Holden, Marla Yanek, Michelle Terpak, and Shanna Cross.
Eric Perz served as best man, and groomsmen were Andrew Long, the bride's brother; Mark Lonzcak, the groom's brother-in-law; Alessio Picciano; Shawn Brewer; and Jim Aeppli. Ring bearer was Andrew Comstock.
The bride and groom graduated from Youngstown State University, she with a degree in business advertising and public relations, and he with a degree in accounting and finance. They are the owners and instructors at the ATA Black Belt Academy of Pickerington.
