Melissa Galitsky, Jeffrey Young to wed June 19

XROANOKE, Va. -- Announcing their engagement are Melissa Galitsky and Jeffrey Young, both of 5102 Youngwood Drive, Roanoke, Va. The bride-elect is a daughter of Marcy Galitsky of Austintown and the late Gary Galitsky. Mr. Young is a son of Carl Young and Judy Young, both of Salem, Va.
Invitations will be extended for the couple's wedding to take place June 19 at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Roanoke and for a reception that evening at the Elks Lodge, also in Roanoke. A postnuptial reception by invitation will be held by the future bride's mother July 17 at A La Cart Catering in Canfield.
Miss Galitsky graduated with a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Dayton and is a special-education teacher with the Roanoke City Schools.
Her fiance is self-employed in Roanoke.
