Parents announce Kennedy-Fantone engagement

XThe engagement of Karey Kennedy, 6278 Appleridge Drive, Boardman, and Jason Fantone, 6402 St. Andrews Drive, Canfield, is being announced by their parents.
The bride-to-be is a daughter of Gary and Martha Kennedy of the Appleridge Drive address. The future groom is a son of Gary and Nancy Conrad of Austintown and Ron and Dawn Fantone of Youngstown.
The couple have chosen May 8 as their wedding day. They will exchange vows during an open-church ceremony planned for 2:30 p.m. at Youngstown Baptist Church. An evening reception by invitation will be held at The Georgetown in Boardman.
Miss Kennedy is employed as a customer service representative with Ohio Utilities Protection Service in Liberty. She attended Youngstown State University.
Mr. Fantone is an officer with the Cleveland Clinic Police Department. He served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps and attended YSU.
