May wedding set by Gennifer West and Tod Filmer

XCANFIELD -- Gennifer Leigh West and Tod Allan Filmer, both of 245 Neff Drive, are making plans for their May 8 wedding.
The couple will exchange marriage vows during a ceremony planned at 6 p.m. at Highland Beach at Boca Raton, Fla. An evening reception will follow at the Holiday Inn Highland Beach in Boca Raton. Invitations will be issued for both events.
The bride is a daughter of Meri West, 33 E. Camino Real, Boca Raton, and Michael West, Mill Creek Village, Boardman. The prospective groom is a son of Jane Filmer, 3765 Mercedes Drive, and Ted Filmer, 205 Fairground Blvd.
Miss West attended Palm Beach Atlantic College in West Palm Beach, Fla., and Youngstown State University. She earned paramedic certification and is a part-time paramedic with Clemente Ambulance in Struthers.
Mr. Filmer graduated from Cuyahoga Community College, Cleveland, with a degree in applied science-physician assistant. He is a physician assistant at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna.
