June wedding set by Lynette Frost, Jamael Brown

XYOUNGSTOWN -- The mothers of Lynette C. Frost, 461 Gypsy Lane, and Jamael Tito Brown, 2242 Ohio Ave., are announcing the couple's engagement.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Lillian Frost, 935 Katherine Ave., and the late Hugh A. Frost, and parents of the future groom are Bernice Brown, 2248 Ohio Ave., and the late Tommie Witherspoon.
Miss Frost, a caseworker 3 with Mahoning County Children's Services, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in social work.
Mr. Brown is a community organizer with the urban and regional studies department at YSU. He is pursuing a master's degree in clinical counseling at YSU, and is a member of the Youngstown City School Board of Education.
Rising Star Baptist Church will be the setting for the open wedding planned by the couple for 2 p.m. June 12. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at The Maronite Center.
