September rite for Miss Rubano, Mr. Fleming III

XSHARON, PA. -- Mr. and Mrs. Richard R. Rubano Jr. of Sharon are announcing the engagement of their daughter, September Dawn Rubano, and Phillip Irwin Fleming II, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip I. Fleming of Vienna, W.Va.
The bride-elect received her bachelor's degree in psychology from West Virginia University, and is pursuing a master's in corporate media from Marietta College. She is employed by the Marietta Times.
The prospective groom majored in international studies at WVU, and received his real estate license in Myrtle Beach, S.C., while working for Century 21 Coastal Carolina Properties. He is transferring his license to West Virginia and is the owner/operator of Fleming Property and Landscape in Parkersburg, W.Va.
The couple will be joined in marriage Sept. 4 at Vienna Baptist Church in Vienna.
