Renewal of vows, dinner party mark Eger 50th

XPOLAND -- Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Eger, 36-1 E. Western Reserve Road, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by renewing their marriage vows Feb. 28 at Holy Family Church where they are members.
After the service the couple were guests of honor during a dinner at Bobby D's restaurant in Youngstown. Hosting the event were the honorees' children and their spouses, Cindy and Bruce Fadeley of Struthers, Rita and Mark Wrisley of Columbia, Md., and Ralph and Sherri Eger of New Middletown.
The Egers plan to take a trip to Las Vegas as part of their jubilee celebration.
The former Amelia Patino, who lived in Mingo Junction, and Mr. Eger, formerly of Columbus, were married Feb. 27, 1954, at St. Agnes Church in Mingo Junction.
The family circle also includes seven grandchildren. A son, Richard Eger, is deceased.
