XYOUNGSTOWN -- St. Christine Church provided the setting for the May 22 wedding of Leslie Danielle Suit and Michael Anthony Diana, both of 3441 Stratmore Ave., who exchanged marriage vows before Deacon Ron Layko.
The ceremony took place at noon, and afterward a reception was held at Avon Oaks Ballroom in Girard.
The bride is a daughter of Leslie D. Suit of Liberty and the late Kathy L. Martin. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Diana Sr. of Youngstown.
Mrs. Diana is employed as a bus driver with Liberty Local Schools. Mr. Diana is employed as a deputy clerk at Youngstown Municipal Court.
Sequins and pearls adorned the bride's sleeveless A-line gown.
Honor attendant was Melissa Ward of Girard. Bridesmaids were the bride's cousins, Melanie Ruiz of Justice, Ill.; Shawna Chuey of Raleigh, N.C.; Erin Meyer of Cary, N.C.; and the groom's niece, Kristina Diana of Youngstown. They wore pink-rosewood-colored dresses. Flower girls were Alyssa, Alexa and Adrianna Cannell of Mineral Ridge, the bride's cousins.
Performing the duties of best man for his brother was Robert J. Diana Jr. of Youngstown. Groomsmen were Steven Diana and Rob Ross, both of Youngstown, the groom's brothers; P.J. Foltz of Youngstown, the groom's nephew; and Donny Ward of Girard. The groom's great-nephew, Riley Barnes of Youngstown, was ring bearer.
The newlyweds plan a mid-July western Caribbean cruise.
