XSARASOTA, Fla. -- The wedding of Andrea Lee Bell and George Robert Remias took place at sunset May 22 on Siesta Key Beach.
Leslie Levine officiated for the daughter of Ronald and Chong Bell, 8506 N. Bedford Road, Macedonia, and the son of George and Sherri Remias, 2004 Penny Lane, Austintown.
A reception followed at the Excelsior, then the couple left for their honeymoon in Jamaica.
They were honored at a postnuptial barbecue June 26 at their home at 18952 Inglewood Drive, Rocky River.
The bride wore a strapless sheath-style gown of white satin and a fingertip veil.
Rhonda Bell was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Alyssa Bell, Sue Chmura, Robin Liss, Devona Marshall, Gail Osterholt and Laura Weber. They wore black gowns.
The duties of best man were performed by Dr. Dan Hagg, and serving as groomsmen were Mikhael Alterman, Dave Hruska, Michael Hruska, David Remias, Joe Rosenberg and Sany Saikaly.
Mrs. Remias graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. She is employed as project manager of district asset management for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cleveland.
Her husband holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., and a bachelor's in civil engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He is a water resource project manager with Camp, Dresser, McKee in Cleveland.
