SEC seeks documents
AKRON -- The Securities and Exchange Commission wants FirstEnergy Corp. to provide it with additional information on the two-year outage at its Davis-Besse nuclear power plant near Toledo. Neither the SEC nor FirstEnergy would disclose what documents are being sought.

INDIANAPOLIS -- Shareholders of Anthem Inc. and WellPoint Health Networks Inc. have approved the companies' proposed $16.5 billion merger, moving one step closer to creating the nation's largest health management organization.
Truckers on strike
BALTIMORE -- Independent truckers across the nation set up picket lines Monday and disrupted business at ports to protest wage rates that they said haven't kept up with fuel prices and other costs. The truckers want the right to unionize.
They plan to refuse to deliver cargo throughout the week. The impact on ports appeared mixed. Affected ports include Baltimore, Newark, N.J., Savannah, Ga., and Miami.
