A brief in Saturday's Vindicator, based on a police report, said the arrest of Gary Carter, 43, took place at a LaBelle Avenue home Friday evening. The arrest took place at an East Philadelphia Avenue home.
A brief in Sunday's Vindicator neglected to state that Steven Straley was hit with a baseball bat inside his residence on Homewood Avenue.
