Roithner jubilee is celebrated at buffet dinner

XNEW MIDDLETOWN -- Zion Lutheran Church was the setting June 19 for a buffet dinner party in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Roith-ner, 27 Woodland Drive, who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
Hosts for the event were the couple's son and his wife, Gary and Barbara Roithner of Hickory, N.C.; their daughter Debra Roithner of North Lima; Mr. Roithner's brother, Robert Roithner of North Lima; and Mrs. Roithner's sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Sobotka of Sydney; and the couple's granddaughter and her husband, Karen and Scott Connolly of Edinburgh, Pa. Another grandchild and a great-grandchild complete the family.
The former Donna Perry and Mr. Roithner were married June 12, 1954, at the Presbyterian Church in Leetonia. They are members of Zion Lutheran Church.
Mr. Roithner retired in 1983 from Youngstown Sheet and Tube Co. in Campbell, where he was a machinist. He is a member of New Middletown Farmers and Sportsmen. His wife is a homemaker.
