XCORTLAND -- The exchange of nuptial vows took place at 4 p.m. May 30 as Khristina Mendenhall and Joseph C. DiLallo were united in marriage at Cortland First Church of God.
A reception was held afterward at Aulizio's Banquet Center in Warren to honor the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Crawford of Cortland and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dominic DiLallo of Mineral Ridge.
The couple honeymooned on the Hawaiian island of Oahu and live in Cortland.
The bride wore a white gown fashioned with a chapel train.
Forest-green gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Traci Steindurf, and the bridesmaids, Becki DiLallo, the groom's sister-in-law; Jodi Macina, his cousin; and Gayle Mendenhall, the bride's sister-in-law. Flower girls were Maria DiLallo, the groom's niece and godchild, and Sabrina Nicholson.
The groom's brother, Dominic DiLallo, performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Ronald Mendenhall, the bride's brother; and Michael Marstellar and Mark DiLallo, cousins of the groom. Ring bearer was the bride's cousin, Jordan Schaffer. Guests were ushered by Mark Granchay and George Sfikas.
The bride, an operations manager at Better Living Now Inc. in Warren, is a senior at Kent State University.
The groom graduated from the Local 179 Cement Mason Apprenticeship Program in Youngstown and is a journeyman cement mason with Local 179.
