XAmerican-Hungarian Club will meet Monday at the clubhouse on Donald Avenue. There will be a picnic supper at 5 p.m. Meat will be provided, and those attending are to take casseroles. A business meeting will follow at 7:30 and will include discussion of the Youngstown State University Ethnic Festival.
XBoardman-Poland Junior Women's League is accepting applications to become juniorettes from 12- to 18-year-old girls who live in Mahoning, Columbiana or Trumbull counties. Girls will be involved in community service projects in arts, conservation, education, home life, international affairs and public affairs. XChristian Women's Club South will hold an "America the Beautiful" luncheon from noon to 2 p.m. July 8 at Antone's Banquet Center. Linda Spencer will present a concert of patriotic songs.
