Miss Olverson, Mr. Chavis set wedding date

XLOS ANGELES -- Plans for their autumn wedding are being announced by R & aacute; Shon Marie Olverson and George Robert Chavis Jr., both of Los Angeles.
The couple have chosen Sept. 25 for their open wedding at 3 p.m. at Union Baptist Church in Youngstown. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at the Kenneth McMahon Hall in Boardman.
The bride-elect, a daughter of Joann Olverson of Youngstown and the late Orlando Olverson Sr., holds a degree in business and accounting from Trumbull Business College in Warren. She is an immigration officer with the Department of Homeland Security.
Parents of the future groom are the late Mr. and Mrs. George Chavis, who had lived in Youngstown. He is a former member of the Youngstown-based music group known as Who's, Who's and is a music producer for the couple's business, Entertainment Inc., where she is the business manager.
