XHUBBARD -- Douglas L. Cressman and his bride, the former Kristi Cornwell, both of 1657 Mayfield Ave., Youngstown, honeymooned in Charleston, S.C., after their wedding May 29 at Julia's Bed and Breakfast.
The Rev. Donna J. Rezek officiated at the 3:30 p.m. service, and afterward a reception was held at the Brentford House.
The bride, who is pursuing a degree in medical assisting at Youngstown State University, is a daughter of William Cornwell Sr., 4981 Shields Road, Canfield, and Taffi Best, 1344 Ivanhoe Ave., Youngstown. The groom, who is studying telecommunications at YSU, is a son of Douglas J. and Kathy Cressman, 3522 Johnson Farm Drive, Canfield.
Beaded, metallic embroidery enhanced the bride's white gown styled with a scalloped apron back.
The bride's sister, Brenda Gray, Key West, Fla., was honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Jessica Cressman, Canfield, the groom's sister; Amber Cornwell and Kaydreona Smith, both of East Palestine, the bride's cousins; and Stacey Weaver, Coplay, Pa., the groom's aunt. They wore sage-colored dresses. The flower girl was Kyra Miller, Coplay, his cousin.
Jared Orr, Austintown, was best man. Groomsmen were Jason Stroh, Poland; Wesley Gray, Key West, the bride's brother-in-law; Kurt Weaver, Coplay, the groom's uncle; and Dalton Miller, Coplay, his cousin. The bride's brother, William Cornwell Jr. of Canfield, was ring bearer.
