XYOUNGSTOWN -- The marriage of Jessica O'Dea, 7706 Paulin Drive, Poland, and Richard Eaton, 160 Rockdale Ave., Boardman, was solemnized during a ceremony May 22 at St. Dominic Church.
The Rev. Joseph Allen officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of Dorothy and Hugh Haynes of the Paulin Drive address and Timothy O'Dea, 80 Romaine Ave., Boardman, and the son of Maggie and Larry Eaton, 30392 Jefferson Way, Westlake.
The newlyweds received guests during a reception at The Embassy, then left for a honeymoon to the Bahamas.
The bride's A-line gown of white silk satin featured a dropped-waist bodice and was accented by embroidery and bugle beads.
Honor attendant was Jessica Magnuson, who wore a periwinkle dress, as did the bridesmaids, Sara Haynes, the bride's stepsister, and Debra Barry, Jen Pomaro and Sherry Huff.
Best man was Jonathan Eaton, the groom's brother. Groomsmen were Chris O'Dea, the bride's brother; Tom Haynes, her stepbrother; and Ben Vana and Jon Henry. Ushers were Andy Stief and Sean Zetts.
Mrs. Eaton, a graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in psychology, is pursuing a master's in school counseling at Youngstown State University, where she is an academic adviser and graduate assistant.
A medical sales representative with Lincare, Mr. Eaton earned a bachelor's degree in business administration at KSU.
The couple live in Boardman.
