DeBartolo Scholarship dinner, fund-raiser scheduled for July

BOARDMAN -- The Edward J. DeBartolo Memorial Scholarship Foundation dinner and auction fund-raiser will be held July 27 at Mr. Anthony's Banquet Center at 6 p.m.
Auction will include a golf weekend for four at Muirfield Country Club, Columbus Blue Jackets-Ohio State football weekend (four tickets and hotel for a Blue Jackets game and a Buckeyes game the same weekend), autographed Eddie Money saxophone, package to Mountaineer Gaming Resort, four clubhouse passes to the Memorial Tournament in 2005, autographed Jeff Garcia jersey, San Francisco 49ers collectors golf bag, Cal Ripken autographed limited first edition book and autographed Rick Nash Blue Jackets hockey stick.
Celebrities expected to play in a golf tournament at Tippecanoe Country Club on June 28 are Franco Harris (Steelers), San Francisco 49ers Gold Rush cheerleaders, Ken Dorsey (49ers), Bob Maggs (OSU), Don Maggs (Oilers), Randy Cross (49ers and CBS), Bo Pelini (Oklahoma), Gary Plummer (49ers and Chargers), Cedrick Toney (New York Knicks), Tim Rattay (49ers), Mike Pruitt (Browns), Greg Pruitt (Browns), Jack Riley (Pittsburgh Penguins), Len Barker (Cleveland Indians), Eric Johnson (49ers), Jeff Wilkins (Rams), Reggie Rucker (Browns), Kevin White (athletic director at Notre Dame) and Brandon Lloyd (49ers).
