Theft: A Girard woman reported her insurance card had been taken from her vehicle while she was at Value City Department Store, 1130 Boardman-Poland Road.

Arrest: A 26-year-old Boardman woman was arrested at Forum Health Beeghly Medical Park, 6505 Market St. She was wanted on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on a domestic-violence charge.

Arrests: A woman, 34, and a man, 25, both from Youngstown, were arrested in Canfield after an employee at Sky Bank, 711 Boardman-Canfield Road, discovered a customer had defrauded the bank of $675. The woman was charged with theft by deception and was wanted on two felony warrants charging her with one count each of receiving stolen property and forgery. The man faced charges of theft and falsification.
Burglary: A 34-year-old Youngstown man was arrested at the Mahoning County jail on a burglary charge after a woman discovered someone had used a tire iron to pry open a door and break into her home in the 400 block of Erskine Avenue. A $500, 27-inch TV; a $300, 20-inch TV; a DVD changer and a DVD player were stolen.
Arrest: A 35-year-old woman was arrested at her Youngstown residence and charged with passing bad checks. An employee at Cochran Sparkle Market, 4121 South Ave., reported someone passed a $51.75 bad check to buy various merchandise.

Menacing/assault: One person reported being threatened and another reported being assaulted during a dispute about money at a residence in the 100 block of Midgewood Drive. The assault victim was not hurt.
Vandalism: A window at a home in the 7400 block of Ranier Trail was damaged by a BB. Damage was estimated at $600.

Arrest: Police arrested a 47-year-old Canfield man on a public-indecency charge after a woman in the 1700 block of Lynn Mar Avenue alleged the suspect masturbated near a juvenile.
Theft: A Boardman boy, 12, was charged with theft after an employee for Boardman Local Schools, 7410 Market St., reported three employees at Boardman Center Middle School, same address, discovered money missing from their purses. Their loss came to $153.
Theft: Police arrested a 37-year-old New Castle, Pa., man on a theft charge after someone drove away from a Shell True North gas station, 950 Boardman-Poland Road, and failed to pay for $35 worth of gasoline.
Assault: An employee at Greenbriar Healthcare Center, 8064 South Ave., alleged a co-worker grabbed a stethoscope she had around her neck and shook her. The woman complained of a headache and shoulder pain.
Theft: A Boardman woman reported her purse stolen while she was at a Rich gas station, 5823 South Ave.
Criminal mischief: A Boardman man reported someone tossed eggs at his vehicle while it was in front of a home in the 800 block of Kentwood Drive.

Arrest: A 22-year-old Youngstown man was arrested near Buena Vista and Sheldon avenues on charges of felony theft and misdemeanor resisting arrest and obstructing official business. A Boardman woman reported a $3,300 ring stolen while she was at a home in the 10 block of Woodview Drive.
