Rondinelli 7, Roth Bros. 6 -- Rondinelli was led by Joe Iacobucci, who had three hits. Zach Russell and Dan Hammond both had two hits, including doubles. Winning pitcher Jeff Musick struck out seven and allowed three hits. TJ Stoian earned the with one inning of relief. Mike Kampfer had two hits, including a double, for Roth Bros.
Rondinelli 9, R & amp;J Trucking 2 -- Tom Popadak pitched a complete game, striking out 10 for Rondinelli. Ed Deluca had three hits, while Ryan Kellar had two hits and three RBIs. Jeff Musick doubled twice, Chuck Olesky had two hits and Dave Diyorio tripled. Mark Carrocce had three hits and Ed Rohan had two for R & amp;J.
Livi Steel 18, Mill Creek Bandits 4 -- George Davis allowed four hits in the five-inning game. Kyle Banna went 3-for-3, including a home run, and had five RBIs. Mark Rossi, Josh Winans and Scooter Hargate all had two hits.
Livi Steel 12, Youngstown Express 2 -- Willy Sekula pitched five innings for Livi. Travis McCartney had three hits.
Livi Steel 6, Rondinelli 5 -- David Vitko capped a three-run rally in the seventh inning with an RBI single for Livi. Kyle Banna doubled. Billy Sattler and Josh Winans combined on the pitching win.

Boardman Boosters 6, Canfield 0 -- Craig Bletso pitched a complete-game shutout. Bletso, Corey Keller, Ryan Walters and Tim Ortega all doubled. Canfield's hits were by John Manzioan, Matt Keating, Jeremy Pano and Nick Cestune.
Struthers Davidson-Becker 6, Poland Home Savings & amp; Loan 2 -- Jim Matricardi homered while Ranal Vecchio added two hits for Struthers. Jim Ritter pitched a complete game, allowing three hits while striking out three. Rob Simon, Ray Ceremeli, and Ray Beaty had the hits for Poland.
Boardman Boosters 6, Leetonia-Southern Local 4 -- Bradley Moody was the winning pitcher and Tony Sferra pitched in relief, allowing no runs with seven strikeouts. Ryan Walters had a solo homer, Corey Keller had a triple and Tim Ortega had a double. Mike Calcagni went 2-for-2. For Leetonia Anthony Danko went 2-for-3 and Nathan Hustan had a double.
Austintown Artistic Images 16, Crestview 9 -- Tom DeToro went 4-for-4 with a double and three RBIs. Shane Price added two hits, including a home run, and Tony Cline singled twice. Adam Thompson had three hits and four stolen bases for Crestview. Matt Petrosky had two hits.

Rondinelli Tuxedo 6, Line Drive 0 -- Cory Collins pitched a one-hitter with nine strikeouts. He also had three hits. Matt Katich and Cory Nesbitt each had two hits while Chuck Olesky doubled. Joe Koch had the hit for Line Drive.
Sluggers 11, Wharmby Sports 3 -- Joe Perrotta, Andrew Warren and Joe Wielbruda combined for seven runs. Wharmby's offense was led by Nick McCartney and Jae Leeworthy, who both pitched .
Wharmby Sports 6, Kelley-Robb 1 -- Nicholas McCartney went 3-for-4 and scored twice. Jae Leeworthy went 3-for-4 and Cory Treharn went 2-for-2. Bradley Belvins pitched six innings, giving up one run. Alex Chick, Frank Palestro, Mike Carnahan and Marcus Coonce had singles for Kelley-Robb.
Line Drive 8, Howland A.C. -- Joe Koch, Mike Popio, Jon Tatarka, Eric Polen and Dan Kubala each scored twice, while Dom Silvestri pitched a two-hitter with eight strikeouts. Andy Dobson and Mike Klem had the hits for Howland.
Wharmby Sports 2, Belleria Pizza 1 -- Nick McCartney had two singles and Cory Treharn had the winning RBI with a single. Mark Lapikas went five innings and scattered five hits. Bobby Rogers and Jeremy Savaet both doubled for Belleria.
Astro Falcons 7, Kelley-Robb 2 -- Astro's scored all its runs in the bottom of the sixth inning. Mike Kelly pitched six innings, giving up one hit. Cameron Konop had three singles and Mike Dota doubled. Frank Palestro singled and drove in a run for Kelley-Robb.
Rondinelli 11, Sluggers 1 -- Matt Katich allowed four hits and struck out nine. He also hit a double. Chuck Olesky had three hits, while Mike Hoelzel, Frank Rosile and Cory Nesbitt each had two. Matt Dado, Roberto Morales and Jason Ferguson added doubles for Rondinelli. Nick Turco doubled for Sluggers.

SOFTBALL
Valley Sting -- The Purple 16-and-under fastpitch team went 4-0 at the Toledo Tune-Up USSSA Tournament, winning all of its games by shutouts. The victories were 7-0 vs. the Rhinos, 2-0 vs. the Flying Eagles, 1-0 vs. Cincinnati Elite Blue and 5-0 vs. SGS Magic White. Markie Pozzuto (Mecca) fired a one-hitter with 12 strikeouts in the win over the Rhinos. Allie Patton (Poland), with last inning help from Pozzuto, pitched a four-hitter to gain the win over the Flying Eagles. Kari Thompson (Poland) went 3-for-3 and drove in two runs. Pozzuto threw a two-hitter with 11 strikeouts against Cincinnati Elite Blue. The only score of the game came as Ashley Conger (Poland) singled and Amy Downs (Cortland) scored on a throwing error. The final game was pitched by Trisha Dreslinski (Kingsville). Conger's 3-run double was the big hit and Thompson added an RBI single. Catcher Chelsea Butler (Cortland) was cited for her defensive play.
