Parents announce Butcherine-Allen engagement

XThe engagement of Christy Butcherine and Tod Allen, both of 3162 Straley Lane, Youngstown, is being announced by their parents.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Patricia Brunner, 45544 Hampshire St., Macomb, Mich. Parents of the future groom are Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Allen, 11526 South Ave., North Lima.
Invitations will be extended for the couple's wedding to take place at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 14 at Good Hope Lutheran Church in North Lima. An evening reception, also by invitation, is planned at The Georgetown in Boardman.
Ms. Butcherine is employed as an assembly worker at Intier Automotive in Lordstown. She is attending Youngstown State University.
Mr. Allen is a manufacturing engineer with Intier Automotive. He graduated from YSU with a degree in mechanical engineering and is pursuing a master's in business administration at YSU.
