Getting there: From the New York State Thruway, take Exit 19, Kingston, to Route 28, which runs diagonally through Catskill Park like a Main Street. For sightseeing information, follow the signs for Washington Avenue and look to the right for the tourist kiosk, housed in a red caboose.
