The Red Sox lost for the second time in seven games.

BOSTON -- Olmedo Saenz drove in four runs and hit one of Los Angeles' three homers to lead the Dodgers over the Boston Red Sox 14-5 Saturday for their first win at Fenway Park.
Trailing 2-1, Los Angeles scored four runs in the fourth then added seven in the fifth and two in the sixth. Saenz, Juan Encarnacion and Jayson Werth homered, and Cesar Izturis had four of his team's 15 hits.
One of the only unsettling moments for the Dodgers came in their own dugout in the top of the sixth. Jeff Weaver (4-7) and manager Jim Tracy had an animated conversation, and Weaver went to the end of the bench glaring toward Tracy.
Weaver, who allowed five runs and five hits in five innings, was replaced in the sixth by Guillermo Mota, who struck out five batters in two innings.

Royals 4, Mets 3
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The frustration is mounting for Mets manager Art Howe. The usually calm Howe gave his players a closed-door lecture after New York blew two leads in a mistake-filled loss to the Kansas City Royals.
"I let them know I wasn't really happy," Howe said after the Mets' season-worst fifth straight loss.
The Mets made baserunning mistakes and failed to get down tags and wasted a fine outing by starter Al Leiter.
Angel Berroa, who hit a two-run home run off Leiter in the second inning, singled into shallow right with one out in the ninth, and Wilton Guerrero took off from second.
Right fielder Gerald Williams made a strong throw to the plate but Guerrero was safe when catcher Vance Wilson had trouble handling the throw and tagged Guerrero with his glove, but the ball was still in his other hand.
Berroa thought the runner would score. "I saw the outfielder playing shallow. I was just trying to get the base hit," he said. "It was close."
