US Airways to move130 jobs from Pittsburgh
PITTSBURGH -- US Airways will move 130 jobs from Pittsburgh to Charlotte, N.C., possibly as soon as this summer.
The airline recently announced Pittsburgh would lose its hub status, and this week's decision is part of its plan to scale back at Pittsburgh International Airport. The change in jobs will affect workers who do flight training. US Airways has cut about 4,000 jobs in the region in the last four years, leaving about 8,000 workers.

Mitsubishi's ex-presidentarrested in cover-up
TOKYO -- In a major blow to Mitsubishi Motors Corp.'s hopes for revival, former president Katsuhiko Kawasoe was arrested Thursday on charges related to a cover-up of auto defects suspected in a fatal accident.
Five other Mitsubishi officials, including a former president and vice president at the truck unit, also were under arrest, police said.
The arrests come just weeks after several Mitsubishi officials were charged in a separate accident, and are a serious setback to a turnaround plan announced last month after the company's partner DaimlerChrysler refused to provide fresh infusions of cash.
