Austintown Armstrong Cable 3, Poland Perkins 1 -- Jeff Rozzi, Dom Drummond and Jimmy Kinnick combined to pitch a three-hitter. The trio combined to strike out 11 batters. Jason Simons pitched a complete game for Poland.
Canfield Aim Nationalease 10, Poland Rotary 0 -- Anthony Gromada pitched a one-hit shutout. Aaron Shields had two hits and Dom Rich and Jake Kucek had doubles. Rick Carney had the hit for Poland.Canfield Callos Companies 13, Salem VFW 2 -- Brad Bennett had three hits while Ryan Taylor, Sean Pallante, Adrian Labra, Justin Vrabel and Chris Brandenstein had two apiece. Winning pitcher Stephen Hunt tossed a complete game with 11 strikeouts. For VFW, Ben Eisel and Chip Hank had hits.Austintown Armstrong Cable 4, Canfield AIM 3 -- Nick Groat scored the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning. Dom Drummond and Jimmy Kinnick combined to pitch seven innings, striking out 12 for Austintown. Tommy Cheslik paced Austintown with two hits. Steve Schoenfeld pitched well in defeat, while Brian Fox and Jimmy Hudson added two hits each for Canfield.Canfield Callos Companies 15, Poland Tangiers 14.

Austintown Artistic Images 4, Austintown Denny's 3 -- Tim Connell pitched the final 42/3 innings, holding Denny's scoreless in striking out seven. Tony Cline hit a two-run triple and scored one of Images' four runs in the fifth inning. Bill Taylor and Michael Lyden each had two hits. For Denny's, Jeff Davis' two hits included a double. Matt Smith also had two hits while Mike Camacci struck out eight.Columbiana DeChellis Dental 12, Crestview 2 -- Corey Channell tossed a one-hitter, Robert Bensinger hit a three-run homer and Joe Rupert scored three times. Jody Reynolds scored both Crestview runs.Boardman Boosters 6, Niles Dunnigan Photography 5 -- Tony Sferra was the winning pitcher and Ryan Walters earned the save. Walters had two hits while Dave Walker, Mike Calcagni, Paul Olson, Craig Beltso and Bradley Moody had one. For Niles, Bryun Butto and Jon Camuso each had two hits.

Rondinelli 10, Roth Bros. 5 -- Rondinelli (6-3) had 13 hits and was led by Dave Diyorio, who collected three hits, including a solo home run. Jeff Musick had three hits and Ryan Kellar had two doubles. Joe Iacobucci also had two hits with a double. Kellar picked up the win with four innings of scoreless relief, allowing two hits and striking out four. Roth Bros. collected seven hits, led by Marios Liakaris who had two singles. Line Drive 14, Astro Falcons 4 -- Armani Johnson got the win, giving up seven hits. Ryan Satterlee had three hits and two RBIs. Kevin Sikora also had two doubles. Brian Wright had two hits with a double and two RBIs. For Falcons, Jimmy Kriebel had two doubles.Line Drive 12, Youngstown Express 7 -- Craig Schmidt got the win. Armani Johnson had two hits and two RBIs. Marc Sikora added a double and Brett Dutton had two hits. Chester Kirkwood had two hits and Wright added a triple. For Youngstown, Mike Barry had two hits.

Boardman Diamond Steel 12, Poland Bisconti Orthodontics 4 -- Shannon Morrow tossed a five-hitter and struck out eight in her complete-game win. Morrow and Lauren Drummond each had two hits while Brittany Burin doubled. For Poland, Nicole Horvath had two hits.
