Chambers takes over from Lesli Kay, who has joined the cast of "General Hospital."Singing a new tune: Adrianne Leon plays the young singer Lynn on "GH," and her arrival in Port Charles may turn out not to be coincidental.In a spiritual way: Thom Beirdz, who played Phillip Chancellor III on "Young and Restless" until he left the show in 1989, is coming back. Phillip's spiritual return is likely to figure in the story line involving his mother, Jill, and her battle to help Kay fight alcoholism.Newlyweds: On-air love has turned into real-life marriage for "Passions'" Lindsay Korman (Theresa) and Justin Hartley (Fox), who were wed in Los Angeles on May 1. The bride will be known as Lindsay Hartley. The newlyweds are expecting their first child next month.Various ventures: "Passions'" Liza Huber (Gwen) appears on the E! Channel's one-hour special "Famous Last Names," which airs June 15. Huber's mom is "All My Children" superdiva Susan Lucci.
