MARIA COLAIANNIDENNIS RILEY
XYOUNGSTOWN -- Hawaii was the honeymoon destination of Dennis Riley, 22771 Clearwater Court, Novi, Mich., and his bride, the former Maria Colaianni, 6667 Bristlewood Drive, Boardman, who were married May 1 at St. Patrick Church by the Rev. Richard Murphy. After the 2 p.m. ceremony the couple received guests during a reception at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church hall.
Parents of the newlyweds are Dean and Diana Colaianni of the Bristlewood Drive address and Dennis and Donna Riley, 2287 Country Lane, Poland.
Mrs. Riley graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in social work. She is a licensed social worker.
A station operations manager with Fed Ex Express in Novi, Mr. Riley earned a degree in finance and management information systems at YSU.
A crystal, beaded bodice highlighted the bride's strapless, chiffon gown styled in princess design with a cathedral train.
Wearing lavender dresses were Colleen Hlywa, honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Kerri Blasko, Colleen Carney, Anne Fildes, Amanda Gay, Kim Lisko, Trisha Nord and Julie Rudolph.
The groom's brother, Timothy Riley, served as best man. Groomsmen were David and Steven Colaianni, the bride's brothers, and Rich Bowen, Dennis Brenner, Jason Lisko, Josh Nasrallah and Jason Rodesky. Ushers were Robert Colaianni, the bride's brother, and Rich Rosen and Daniel Yanek.
The couple live in Novi.
