LAWRENCE COUNTY Liquid-fuels funds



Lawrence County commissioners are expected to vote Tuesday on these liquid-fuels allocations. Liquid-fuels money is derived from state gasoline taxes and can be used only for road- and bridge-related projects.
Bessemer Borough, $30,000 for paving Wallage Avenue from 10th Street to 13th Street.
Ellport Borough, $30,000 for storm-sewer repairs and road maintenance.
Ellwood City Borough, $30,000 for 2004 street cleaning program.
Enon Valley Borough, $40,000 for long-term road and bridge culvert repair replacement.
New Beaver Borough, $20,000 for paving of Short Street and Park Drive.
Little Beaver Township, $20,000, replacement of two culverts washed out by rainstorms.
Perry Township, $18,000, installation of a frame top/roof for a salt shed.
Pulaski Township, $30,000 for paving and road repairs.
Slippery Rock Township, $26,000 for repairs on Big Run Bridge.
Union Township, $25,000 for turn lane signals at Scotland Lane and State Street.
Wilmington Township, $25,000 for Beechwood Road repairs.
