Theft of propane tank: A homeowner in the 60 block of Sleepy Hollow Drive reported a propane tank stolen off his gas grill.

Drugs: A 25-year-old Youngstown man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse and his passenger, a minor, for underage consumption of alcohol. Police stopped the pair on South Broad Street at the square. They found a black and brown pipe with suspected marijuana residue, a scale with suspected marijuana, small quantities of suspected marijuana, a plastic bag with six marijuana roaches in it and a package of rolling paper.

Complicity breaking and entering: Two men were arrested and put in the county jail for breaking into a detached garage in the 3000 block of Eigen Street.
