Crash kills one, injures three in Columbiana Co.

DAMASCUS -- One person was killed and three others were injured in a two-car crash Tuesday evening in Columbiana County.
The victim was identified as 70-year-old Peggy Santee of East Rochester.
The Lisbon post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said Santee was a passenger in a car driven by 71-year-old Dean P. Santee, also of East Rochester. She was not wearing her seat belt.
Dean Santee was flown by medical helicopter to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. Information on his condition was not available this morning.
The patrol said the Santees' car collided with one driven by 19-year-old Scott M. Zerkle of Beloit, who was southbound on Georgetown-Damascus Road, 4 miles south of U.S. Route 62 in Butler Township.
Zerkle and his passenger, Erin E. Fortney, 17, of Salem, were taken to Salem Community Hospital.
