BOARDMAN
July 21
Theft: Police charged a 37-year-old Wellsville woman with theft. She is accused of taking eight articles of children's clothing valued at $175 from Dillard's in the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: An employee at a Marathon Oil gas station, 965 Boardman-Canfield Road, reported being shortchanged $10.
July 22
Arrest: A 22-year-old Youngstown woman was arrested on a felony warrant from Boardman charging her with theft. An employee at Kohl's, 383 Boardman-Poland Road, reported about $1,000 worth of children's clothing had been stolen.
Arrest: Police arrested a 31-year-old Girard woman on a warrant charging her with filing a false police report after she contended someone stole her 2001 Honda Civic LX from the Eye Catchers Optical parking lot, 6600 South Ave.
Theft: Two vehicles were broken into at the Red Roof Inn. An $1,800 laptop computer, miscellaneous computer accessories and a briefcase were stolen.
Theft: Someone threw a brick through the front window at Gino's Drive Thru South, 7631 South Ave., and stole an undetermined amount of property.
Criminal damaging: A woman discovered $25 worth of damage to her residence in the 100 block of Meadowbrook Avenue.
Theft: An employee at Labor Ready, 4338 Market St., alleged a co-worker forged a work ticket form to receive $56 in extra pay for work not performed.
Identity theft: A Youngstown man reported being a victim while he was in the road near Market Street and Centervale Avenue.
Vandalism/theft: An employee at Boardman Benz, 22 Boardman-Canfield Road, discovered nine scratches on a vehicle, resulting in about $2,400 worth of paint damage, as well as four hubcaps missing.
Theft: A $475 minimotorcycle was stolen from a carport near a home in the 3900 block of South Schenley Avenue.
Bad checks: A Canfield man reported three checks totaling $102 were presented at Bianchi Pizza, 7097 Lockwood Blvd., and that the checks were either counterfeit or had been drawn on a closed account.
Theft: Police arrested a 21-year-old Youngstown man on a theft charge after a $3 radiator flush kit was stolen from Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive. Another Youngstown man, 19, was charged with complicity to theft.
Arrest: A 49-year-old man was arrested at his home in the 5200 block of Lemoyne Avenue on a felony warrant charging him with disruption of public services. Boardman police reported the department received two phone calls which disrupted its emergency public service communications.
Theft: A Boardman woman discovered her driver's license and two credit cards stolen while she was at the Springfield Grille, 7413 Tiffany Blvd.
Assault: A 45-year-old Youngstown man was arrested at Buffalo Wild Wings in the Southern Park Mall and charged with assault after a Struthers man reported being assaulted outside the business.
Theft: A $225 portable basketball hoop was stolen from a parking lot near her home in the 50 block of Shields Road.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle's driver's-side window broken at a residence in the 100 block of Lemans Drive.
July 23
Theft: A 22-year-old Youngstown woman was arrested on a felony theft charge. She was accused of taking $1,000 worth of clothing items from Kohl's.
Arrest: Police arrested a Kent man, 53, in the 5200 block of Mahoning Avenue on a felony warrant him with five counts of passing bad checks.
Arrest: A 38-year-old Warren woman was arrested on Doral Drive on a felony theft charge after an employee at Sam's Club reported someone left without paying for a $1,298 personal computer, a digital photo studio, a set of walkie-talkies and four towel sets. The suspect also was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and was wanted on warrants from Warren and Newton Falls charging her with making false statements and passing bad checks, respectively.
Bad checks: A Boardman woman, 46, was arrested at the Davis Motel, Beaver Township, on one felony count of passing bad checks.
Auto theft/criminal damage: A woman in the 3900 block of South Schenley Avenue reported her 1993 Olds Cutlass Ciera stolen, and another woman reported her car's steering column and driver's-side vent window had been damaged.
Vandalism: An employee at Foxwood Associates, 8511 Foxwood Court, reported someone destroyed a $100 metal & quot;For Sale & quot; sign.
Theft: Someone took a $249 cellular phone while the victim was at Boardman High School, 7777 Glenwood Ave.
Burglary: A man in the 300 block of Meadowbrook Avenue discovered his garage had been broken into and a $2,500 tractor stolen.
Assault: A man in the 7300 block of Eisenhower Drive reported being assaulted in a hallway at his residence.
July 24
Arrest: Police arrested a 48-year-old man at his home in the 200 block of Shields Road. He was charged with telecommunications harassment after a woman there reported being a victim.
Domestic violence: A 44-year-old man was arrested at his residence in the 5200 block of Old Oxford Lane on a warrant charging him with domestic violence. A woman in the 1100 block of Red Tail Hawk Drive alleged that, as they argued about their infant daughter, he kicked a door to her home and lunged at her.
Arrest: A 36-year-old man was arrested at his home in the 6900 block of West Boulevard on a warrant charging him with public indecency. An Austintown woman alleged he committed an indecent act while she was in her car at the Boardman Tennis & amp; Swim Club, 6907 West Blvd.
Bad checks: A man, 29, was arrested at his Canfield residence on three counts of passing bad checks after an employee at Bianchi Pizza reported receiving three bad checks totaling $102.
Forgery: An employee at Cortland Bank, 6538 South Ave., reported receiving two personal checks totaling $1,515 that had been forged.

July 23
Theft: A man in the 30 block of Venloe Drive discovered $800 worth of golf clubs and a golf bag were missing from his garage.
Arrest: A Youngstown man, 39, was arrested in the Wittenauer Gift Shoppe & amp; Discount Pharmacy parking lot, 120 S. Main St. He was wanted on a warrant from Austintown charging him with conspiracy to theft and possession of criminal tools.
