MICHELLE GORDONDANIEL BESTIC
XYOUNGSTOWN -- St. Christine Church was the setting at 2 p.m. June 26 for the wedding of Michelle Lynn Gordon and Daniel Joseph Bestic. Parents of the couple are Don and Debbie Gordon, 3301 Meanderwood Drive, Canfield, and Richard and Susan Bestic, 3397 Easy St., Canfield.
Monsignor David Rhodes officiated, and a reception was held at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman. After a honeymoon to Hawaii, the newlyweds live at 2063 Clayborn Court, Columbus.
The bride wore a strapless gown of ivory silk satin designed with an embroidered bodice and A-line skirt that flowed to a chapel train. It was enhanced with pearls, and a crystal tiara held her double veil.
Alissa Kiktavy was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Nicole Smith, Kim Gordon, Amy Bestic, Tricia Niswander, Lisa Lloyd, Hellene Hussey and Danielle Wishka. They wore black gowns. Taylor and Marissa Gordon were flower girls.
Best man was David Klusas, and groomsmen were Tim Bestic, Joe Appel, Kevin Eisert, Brad Heffron, Dan Peeters, Nick Gerstner and Kevin Lloyd. Ring bearer was Colin Smith, and ushers were Dan Greenhalgh, Kyle Kleinhenz, Q. Pennings and Russell Niswander.
The bride graduated from Ohio Northern University with a doctor of pharmacy degree and is a pharmacy resident at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, Cleveland. The groom graduated from the University of Dayton and is pursuing a degree in veterinary medicine at Ohio State University. He is a soccer coach with the Eagles Soccer Club in Columbus.
