HCHURCH HONORS PASTOR

Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church will honor its pastor, the Rev. Henry Clinkscale, and his wife, Lady Odessa Clinkscale, for 35 years of service at 10:45 a.m. Sunday. The Rev. Walter Walker will speak. Pastor Albert Ross and the New Grace Baptist Church will be guests. Pastor Ross will be speaking at 4 p.m. The Rev. Mr. Clinkscale attended Moody Bible College and Malone Bible College in Canton and spent four years at the Central Bible College in Cleveland. He was licensed to preach at New Bethel Baptist Church under the leadership of the Rev. Lonnie K.A. Simon. He served as assistant pastor of the Antioch Baptist Church under the leadership of the Rev. Alfred Ward. Mr. Clinkscale was ordained in 1967 and called to be pastor at Beulah Baptist Church. In September 1969, he was called to Elizabeth Missionary.
