Charles A. Mahoney, 23, Walnut Street, Salem; felonious assault.
Nathan J. Knight, 20, College Street, East Liverpool; receiving stolen property.
Malcolm P. Lewis, 29, Rosedale Drive, Lisbon; aggravated burglary, felonious assault, kidnapping, domestic violence, violation of a protection order, intimidation of a crime victim.
Joshua D. Vishak, 29, Y-Camp Road, Lisbon; aggravated burglary, violating a protection order, assault.
Larry J. Williams, 31, South Green Street, Lisbon; burglary, having weapons under a disability, vandalism.
Richie L. Burton, 38, Union Street, Washingtonville; assault.
Norberto C. Garcia, 27, Park Avenue, East Palestine; rape, gross sexual imposition.
Raymond E. Boggs, 34, state Route 45, Lisbon; domestic violence.
Nathan Criss, 28, Durham, N. C.; carrying a concealed weapon.
Kendall A. Roberts, 36, Drury Lane, East Liverpool; burglary, domestic violence, violating a protection order.
Mark Thomas, 22, state Route 14, Columbiana; gross sexual imposition.
