Yvonne Chick, George Popa set wedding date

XNORTH LIMA -- Valerie and Paul Noble of 1130 Sharrott Run Place are announcing the coming marriage of her son, George Daniel Popa of the same address, to Yvonne Serena Chick, 440 Fairground Blvd., Canfield, daughter of Linda Chiody, 1800 N.W. 24th Ave., Miami, and Gary Chick Sr. of Girard. Mr. Popa also is a son of the late Arnold J. Popa.
The couple's open wedding is being planned for 2 p.m. Oct. 30 at Old North Church in Canfield, and invitations will be extended for a reception to be held that evening at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
Miss Chick earned an associate degree at Youngstown State University and is employed as a registered dental hygienist with Dr. Philip Leone in Austintown.
Her fiance is pursuing a degree in electrical engineering at YSU and is employed by the U.S. Postal Service in Youngstown.
