UPDATE Fees and Permits

Examples of changes made last week to update city fees and permits:
Outdoor public fireworks display permits, from $25 to $100 per display immediately, to $150 per display as of Jan. 1, 2005, and $200 per display as of Jan. 1, 2006.
Indoor pyrotechnic fireworks display permits, new fee of $50 per display to $75 as of Jan. 1, 2005, and $100 as of Jan. 1, 2006.
Amusement device permits, from $25 for the first device and $5 for each additional device to $30 for the first device and $10 for each additional device as of Jan. 1, 2005.
Taxicab owner fee, from $25 per year per cab to $40 per year per cab as of Jan. 1, 2005, and $50 per year per cab as of Jan. 1, 2006.
Taxicab drivers' license, from $10 per year to $20 per year as of Jan. 1, 2005.
Itinerant vendor permits, from $150 per day to $50 per week immediately.
Huckster permits, from $25, $15 or $10 per year, depending on whether goods are sold from an automobile, horse-drawn carriage or hand-drawn vehicle, to $50 per week for all immediately.
