Drunken-driving arrests
Arrests on charges of driving under the influence have remained steady in Pennsylvania despite a change that lowered the legal limit for motorists' blood-alcohol levels from 0.10 percent to 0.08 percent. The number of arrests during the first six months under the new rules, compared to the same time-period during years under the old limit:
