XCommercial Intertech retirees will meet at noon Tuesday at Sam Camens Center, Youngstown, with Lou Pizzuto presiding. Lunch will be served; hostesses will be Gloria Wielbruda and Lynn Arquilla. There will be a Chinese auction.

XGirard Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the senior center. After the business meeting there will be lunch with sloppy joes. Bingo will follow.

XHoly Family Seniors will meet at 11 a.m. Monday at the K. of C. Hall in Poland for the annual picnic. A buffet will be served at noon to those who paid in advance. XLiberty Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Church Hill United Methodist Church. Ella Hoagland will preside, and there will be a program from the Youngstown Prescription Drug Club. Hosts will be Mary Polko, Lois Lloyd and Millard Wilson. Those attending should take a sack lunch. Beverages will be provided.

XBridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Helen Beckner will lead devotions. There will be a pizza party at noon. Coffee and tea will be provided. No affiliation with the church is required for participation. XPublic Employee Retirees Inc. Mahoning Chapter 18 will meet at noon Aug. 3 at the Italian-American Veterans Centre for an indoor picnic. Thomas DiBernardi will preside, and there will be musical entertainment by John Gabriel. A 50-50 drawing will be held, and Rosemary Frank will be in charge of the lunch of baked chicken, hot dogs, macaroni salad, tossed salad, baked beans, fresh fruit, rolls, beverage, and cake and ice cream. Mary Repasky will present a change in the bylaws for Article 4, Section 2, pertaining to officers. The change was approved by the board at the July 6 meeting, and will be voted on by the membership at this meeting. Members are also reminded to take old glasses and hearing aids to be renovated and given to the needy.

XSt. Christine Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Guttman Hall for a picnic. There will be door prizes, a 50-50 drawing, bingo and cards. No reports will be given.

XSts. Peter & amp; Paul Senior Citizens will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Ukrainian Center. Millie Kenney will preside, and on the lunch committee will be Diana Bertilacci, Lil Todor, Kay Fitch and Josephine Benzizeno. Cards and bingo will be played, and new members are welcome.
