EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- MetroStars coach Bob Bradley earned his 100th MLS victory on a second-half goal by John Wolyniec. Amado Guevara had tied the game late in the first half on a penalty kick to help extend the Fire's club-record winless streak to eight games (0-5-3). Chris Armas scored for Chicago, which played for the first since transferring star midfielder DaMarcus Beasley to PSV Eindhoven of the Dutch First Division. Bradley, the winningest coach in MLS history, is 100-70-29. He won 82 games as coach of the Fire.

DENVER -- Colorado extended its scoreless streak to 415 minutes. The Rapids were outshot 8-6 on their home field, but goalkeeper Joe Cannon and Columbus Crew keeper Jon Busch each recorded their sixth shutout.

DALLAS -- Eddie Johnson scored two goals and had two assists to lead Dallas. Brad Davis also added two goals and an assist for Dallas (6-6-5). The five goals were the most that United (5-7-6) has given up all season. Johnson scored in the 73rd minute when he placed a shot into the left corner of the net for his sixth goal of the season. He also scored in the 31st minute when he took a pass from Carey Talley and tapped a shot in for a 2-0 lead. Ronnie O'Brien and Talley each recorded an assist on the score. Davis notched his first goal of the season in first-half stoppage time when he placed a shot from 12 yards away into the right corner of the net, with an assist from Johnson for a 3-1 halftime lead.
Galaxy 2, Wizards 2
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Tyrone Marshall scored in second-half stoppage time for Los Angeles. Marshall's glancing header off a cross by Andreas Herzog came about one minute before the final whistle.
