XYOUNGSTOWN -- The marriage of Jennifer Lynn Muntean, 2094 Lyon Blvd., Poland, and David John Krawchyk, 5572 Shields Road, Canfield, was solemnized by Monsignor Lawrence Fye during a ceremony at 2:30 p.m. June 26 at St. Columba Cathedral.
The daughter of Gary and Dolly Muntean of the Lyon Boulevard address and the son of John and Mary Jo Krawchyk, 41651 state Route 558, Leetonia, received guests during a reception at the Maronite Center, then left for a honeymoon to Maui, Hawaii.
Mrs. Krawchyk graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in history and is pursuing a master's degree in library and information science at Kent State University. She is employed in accounts receivable at Fifth Avenue Otolaryngologists.
Mr. Krawchyk graduated from YSU and is a RF performance engineer at Cellular One.
Crystal beading accents adorned the bodice and chapel train of the bride's oyster-colored A-line gown complemented by a fingertip veil.
The bride's sister, Stephanie Muntean, was honor attendant. Bridesmaids, all cousins of the bride, were Kristin Tarajack, Stacey Thomas, Rebecca Muntean and Erica Kunzer. They wore periwinkle dresses.
Serving as best man for his brother was Matthew Krawchyk. Groomsmen were Matthew Muntean, the bride's cousin; Chris George, the groom's cousin; and John Chamberlin and Aaron Zavadil. The bride's brother, Gary Muntean Jr., was ring bearer.
The newlyweds live in Canfield.
