Autumn date set by Miss Hevener, James McComb

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Richard and Bonnie Hevener, 6727 Finland Drive, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, April Hevener of the same address, and James McComb, 4200 Moore Ave., Columbus.
The future groom is a son of Joy McComb of the Columbus address and the late James W. McComb II.
Miss Hevener attended Kent State University and received certification as a paramedic from the Institute for Pre-Hospital Care. She is employed as a paramedic with Clemente Ambulance.
Mr. McComb received his paramedic certification from Grant Hospital in Columbus. He is a firefighter and paramedic with Scioto Fire Department in Columbus.
Ohltown United Methodist Church in Mineral Ridge will be the setting for the couple's open-church ceremony planned for 2:30 p.m. Oct. 2. An early evening reception by invitation is scheduled at Theodore's Banquet Center in Mineral Ridge.
