Angela Byrd to be bride of David Jones Jr.

XYOUNGSTOWN -- The engagement of Angela L. Byrd, 1053 Genesee Drive, and David R. Jones Jr., 1420 Arthur Drive N.W., Warren, is being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Verne R. Alt and Alfonso F. Byrd, both of Youngstown.
The future groom is a son of Darnell Jones of Niles and David R. Jones Sr. of El Paso, Texas.
Miss Byrd graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in communications. She is a deputy clerk with Youngstown Municipal Court.
Mr. Jones is an engineering technician at Delphi Packard Electric Systems in Warren and a real estate agent with William Zamarelli Realtors of Warren. He attended YSU.
The couple will be married Aug. 21 during an open-church ceremony at 2 p.m. at Mount Calvary Pentecostal Church. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Squaw Creek Country Club in Vienna.
