Rizer-Ciaccio engagement is announced

XPOLAND -- Announced by Richard and Paula Kotel, 8530 Hickory Hill Drive, is the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn Rizer, and James Joseph Ciaccio Jr., both of 1350 Kelso Dunes Ave., Henderson, Nev.
Miss Rizer is also a daughter of William F. Rizer of Youngstown, and parents of the future groom are James and Cynthia Ciaccio, 3443 Latham St., Rockford, Ill.
The couple have chosen Sept. 4 for their open wedding at 2 p.m. at St. Christine Church, Youngstown. They will extend invitations for their evening reception at Stambaugh Auditorium, Youngstown.
The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree, and is a manager with Norstrom in Las Vegas.
Her fiance, a salesman with Jim Marsh Chrysler and Jeep in Las Vegas, attended Rock Valley Community College in Rockford, Ill.
