A minister, a bartender and a vet are among the 12 strangers living in the wilderness and competing in games to win "King of the Jungle 2" on Animal Planet.
The winner gets to headline his or her own TV special.
Part "Survivor," part "The Apprentice" and a little "Big Brother," "Jungle 2" has the contestants living in tents and playing animal games for prizes.
The winner of each week's contest is immune from elimination and is dubbed head of the pride.
Along with the pride's leadership role, the weekly winner also gets other perks. Those include plusher living quarters, time to learn about exotic animals and, more significantly, the ability to place two members in an elimination round.
The loser of the round will be sent packing.
Among the challenges are elephant memory tests, cascading 150-foot zip lines and identifying urine samples from various animals.
In September, the winner will be named, and the person will headline a nature special on the cable channel.
