October date is set by Leslie Len and Michael Meis

XSTRUTHERS -- Mark and Irene Len of 393 W. Como St. are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Leslie Len of Santa Monica, Calif., to Michael Meis, also of Santa Monica.
Mr. Meis is a son of Richard an Marlene Meis, 634 Yondota, Toledo.
The couple's wedding will be an event of Oct. 9 when they exchange vows at 2 p.m. at St. Monica Church in Santa Monica. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and for a reception later that afternoon at Duke's of Malibu in Malibu, Calif.
Miss Len, a graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in telecommunications, is director of production at the Hallmark Channel in Studio City, Calif.
Her fiance holds an associate degree in music and video business from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He is an FCP editor at Crest National in Hollywood.
