Mullenax 50th is observed at family dinner

XREYNOLDSBURG -- The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mullenax, 6975 Starfire Drive, was celebrated June 12 during a family dinner held at Bexley Monk Restaurant, Columbus.
Hosts for the festivity were the couple's children and their spouses, Karen and Fred Smoot of Columbus, Robert and Terry Mullenax of Cincinnati, and Brenda Mullenax and Mark and Heather Mullenax, all of Reynoldsburg.
Completing the family circle are eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The former Mary Ann Berquist and Mr. Mullenax were married June 14, 1954, in Decatur, Ind. The couple are members of Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Mullenax retired in 1996 from Reynoldsburg City Schools, where she was an administrative secretary.
Prior to retiring in 1992, Mr. Mullenax was vice president at Ohio State Grange Mutual in Newark.
