XSTILLWATER, Minn. -- Monica Faye Leimer and David Mitchell Goodrich were married at 2:30 p.m. June 19 at Ascension Episcopal Church.
The Revs. Jerry Doherty and Susan Hayden-Russell officiated for the daughter of Susan and Mike Leimer, 15231 50th St. S., Afton, Minn., and the son of Bonnie Goodrich, 9235 N. Church Drive, Parma Heights, formerly of Canfield, and the late David Goodrich.
A reception followed at the home of the bride's parents, and the couple honeymooned in Paris.
They are living at 37-B Middlesex Ave., Metuchen, N.J.
An ivory silk sheath-style gown was worn by the bride. It featured a beaded lace overlay and a sweep train.
Bridesmaids were Kristine Goodrich of Fairview Park, the groom's sister, and Alisa Smith of Santa Fe. They wore periwinkle blue gowns.
Atty. Ian Smith performed the duties of best man, and groomsman was Brett Leimer of Afton, the bride's brother. Usher was Peter Hawryluk of Parma.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in English, Mrs. Goodrich is a creative-services editor with Harper Collins Publishing in New York.
Her husband holds a bachelor's degree in materials engineering from Youngstown State University and a master's in metallurgy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He earned his juris doctorate at Cleveland State University and is a patent attorney with J.M. Huber.
