Off: Jazz artists Peter Cincotti and Cassandra Wilson have canceled their concert that was to be July 28 at Allen Theatre in Cleveland. Patrons who had purchased tickets by phone, Web site or at the Playhouse Square Box Office will automatically receive refunds: a credit to their card account if purchased by credit card, or a refund check by mail, if purchased with cash. Patrons who purchased tickets at outlets in Tops Markets must return to point of purchase for a refund.
On: "Family Picnic Tour," featuring hard rock acts Lo Pro, Soil, Static-X, Trust Company and Arithmetic of War, 5:30 p.m. Aug. 13 at Tower City Amphitheatre, Cleveland. Tickets, priced at $10, will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. Call Ticketmaster, (330) 747-1212.
On: Rock musicians Kip Winger and Reb Beach, at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 12 at Hard Rock Cafe, Station Square, Pittsburgh. Get tickets for $12 from a Ticketmaster outlet.
On: Dexter Freebish and Original Low, 9 p.m. Sept. 2, also at Hard Rock Cafe. Tickets will be $8 when they go on sale at noon Saturday. Call Ticketmaster or (412) 323-1919.
