The following people were indicted:
Michael D. McFarland, 18, of Harneds Landing, Cortland, felonious assault.
Stephen M. Champ, 28, Falcon Track N.E., Warren, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Priscilla Thurman, 36, New York Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property and forgery.
Ronald Dach, 44, Denman Drive, Cortland, forgery, aggravated possession of drugs and complicity to attempted aggravated possession of drugs.
Taiwan L. Kimble, 18, Duke Avenue S.E., Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
James R. Headley, 38, state Route 45, Orwell, breaking and entering and grand theft.
David Glenn White, 35, Milton Street S.E., Warren, escape.
Joseph Patrone, 22, Townsend, Girard, arson.
Braeden Clare, 20, Tod Lane, Youngstown, arson and insurance fraud.
Michael Thompson, 20, Trumbull Avenue, Girard, three counts of aggravated robbery.
George Killin, 18, Adelaide Avenue S.E., Warren, receiving stolen property and failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Jacob C. Sprankle, 26, state Route 7, Hubbard, two counts of receiving stolen property, possessing criminal tools, theft and forgery.
Joel Lassalle, 20, Brookside Drive, Hubbard, domestic violence and endangering children.
Andrew C. Bennett, 53, Wick Street S.E., Warren, possession of cocaine.
Michelle Lennox, 27, Copeland, Warren, grand theft and passing bad checks.
Dwayne W. Jackson, 22, Front Street S.W., Warren, aggravated burglary and kidnapping.
Tion K. Stubbs, 26, Oak Street, S.W., Warren, breaking and entering and theft.
NO BILLS
The grand jury declined to indict in the following cases:
Steven D. Thomas, 24, W. Park Drive S.W., Warren, possession of cocaine.
Rebecca K. Martinez-Reed, 36, Perkins Drive, Warren, theft.
